寒假的一天,妈妈的朋友结婚了,邀请我们去参加婚礼,在婚礼上,别人给了爸爸许多个香烟,回到家后,爸爸时不时抽上一根,对此我和妈妈很恼火,妈妈把爸爸狠狠地数落了一番,爸爸说:“好了,我不抽了行了吧?”“不行,我和女儿要对你实行戒烟计划,争取在5月31日世界无烟日之前戒烟成功。”妈妈一边说一边把爸爸抽屉里的香烟全都拿走没收了。戒烟计划开始了!
我做了一个表格让爸爸一个星期只抽一包,爸爸拿着那包珍贵的香烟,迫不及待地抽了起来。就这样,到后面两个星期一包,三个星期一包……在中途中,有时爸爸还是想去烟草店买两包,但还是为了我们家的环境卫生给克服了。直到最后,妈妈不给爸爸香烟,爸爸也就想不到抽了。这个戒烟计划一共实行了5个星期,爸爸的吸烟习惯终于戒掉了,有时在聚会上也难得一、二根。
爸爸的吸烟习惯戒掉了,虽然在这个过程中有些艰难,但还是克服了,为此我和妈妈别提有多高兴了,空气中再也没有烟味了。
